Using a fundamental solution proposed by Guenther and Thomann, we derive a representation formula for the velocity field. This formula is then used to obtain pointwise decay estimates and to identify a leading term with respect to this decay. In addition, we prove a representation theorem for weak solutions of the stationary Navier-Stokes system with Oseen and rotational terms.
