AnnotationThe behaviour of plants during freezing is analyzed showing two procedures of anti-freezing: supers-saturating (dehydration) and super-cooling (vitrification) mechanism. The anomalous actions of super-cooled water (clustering) are discussed and glass-formation is evaluated with respect to the concentration changes.
