AnnotationThe differences between amorphous and glassy state ares discussed and the methods of their preparation reviewed. The role of crystallization during fast cooling is analyzed and nucleation-growth process is shown in two attitude models, which characterization are depicted on DTA curves. Specificity of non- and nano-crystalline metallic glasses is revealed.
