    AnnotationWe have observed an existence of homeostasis between histone modifications and DNA methylation. Changes in epigenome, cause by deficiency of some histone methyltransferases, lead to changes in histone signature. Taken together, lack of one histone mark can be substituted by another histone modification, especially in chromocentres.
