AnnotationData on inclusive cross sections of particles produced in high energy proton-(anti)proton collisions at ISR, RHIC, and Tevatron are analyzed in the framework of z-scaling. New properties of the scaling function psi(z) - flavor independence and saturation at low z, are established. The approach can be useful for searching for new physics phenomena in particle production at RHIC, Tevatron, and LHC.
