AnnotationA reaction-diffusion system of activator-inhibitor type is studied with a bifurcation parameter which can describe e.g. the size of the domain. The influence of Signorini boundary conditions to a bifurcation of spatially nonhomogeneous stationary solutions (spatial patterns) is described. In contrast to all previous results of this type, in the case of unilateral conditions only for the activator, no Dirichlet boundary conditions on a part of the boundary are considered.
