AnnotationWe have studied dynamics of JMJD2b histone demethylases, which functional characteristics are different in mutant and truncated variants. Important changes in nuclear distribution and kinetics of JMJD2b were observed in prostate cancer cells in comparison with other tumor cells and fibroblasts.
