Description in EnglishThe structure and composition of 3D-nanostructures based on lattice packing of SiO2 nanospheres (opal matrices) containing clusters of crystalline phase in interspherical cavities related to electric optically active or to high inductivity are studied. Reflectance and Raman spectra and also real and imaginary permitivity components of synthesized metamaterials are investigated in the range 1 MHz – 20 GHz.
