The inversion code SIR (Ruiz Cobo and del Toro Iniesta 1992, ApJ 398, 375) was applied to these data and a 3-h long time series of 34 spatial 3D maps of plasma parameters in the umbra and penumbra were computed. The temporal and spatial resolutions are 5.5 min and 0 :0032, respectively. A simultaneous series of SOT/BFI G-band images was utilized for complementary measurements of horizontal motions and sizes of small-scale features.
