Description in English The edition presents all letters saved from the correspondence led by Jan Zábrana, a poet and translator, and Josef Škvorecký, a writer and exile publisher, from the early sixties till Zábrana's death. These letters are a fundamental biographical source giving evidence of the secret creative cooperation of the authors as well as poignant authentic testimony to the atmosphere in the literary life in Czechoslovakia after 1968.
