    AnnotationSlow strain rate tensile test of cylindrical smooth and notched specimens was carried out at room temperature at strain rate ε& from 10-7 to 10-4 s-1 of type 304 stainless steel. For comparison the test was done also of type 310S stainless steel in strain rate range 10-7 to 102 s-1. The results are combined together with the results presented in ECF17, Brno, 2008, where the strain rate range was 10-4 to 103 s-1.
