Description in English The monograph focuses on procedural mechanisms whose purpose is to assure the respect for separation of powers between the EU and its Member States. The importance of these mechanisms is more urgent in the EU than in any other international organization because both the extent and goals of powers conferred on the EU are wider than in usual international context due to the integration character of the EU.
