Práce přináší částečnou edici rukopisu Praha, NK XXVI A 3 z roku 1405 o vzniku souhvězdí. Rkp. je verzí traktátu Michaela Scota z doby kolem roku 1220, jehož kritická edice byla vydána v r. 2009. Text vykazuje vztah k Hyginovu dílu De astronomia (1. stol. n. l.), založeném na znalosti Eratosthenovy a Arátovy práce.

A partial edition of the ms. Prague, Nat. Libr. XXVI A 3 from the year 1405, dealing with the myths on the origin of constellations. The ms. is one of the versions of the treatise De signis by Michael Scotus from about 1220 (the critical edition was published in 2009). The text is influenced by Hyginus´s work De astronomia (1st cent.), based on Eratosthenes and Aratos.
