    AnnotationThe not yet well known thermodynamic characteristics of the ternary (Nd_0:33 Eu_0:38 Gd_0:28 )Ba_2 Cu_3 O_y superconductor were investigated by means of electron specific heat measurements and direct reversible magnetization data. Basic superconducting parameters were deduced that well resemble those published for YBaCuO.
