Annotation	L'invention concerne à 3 -, 5 -,7-pyrazolo trisubstitués (4,3-d) pyrimidines représenté par la formule générale (I), et alkyle, cycloalkyle, cyclohétéroalkyle, cycloalkyle, alkyle, aryle ou alkylaryle, R5 est halogène,-NHNH2,-NHOH, NHCONH2, guanylo (NH-C (NH) NH2) éventuellement substitué C1-C6 alkyle, alcényle, alcynyle, cycloalkyle en C3-C15, Rf (cycloalkyle en C3-C15), un hétérocycle, hétéroalkyle, aryle , hétéroaryle, arylalkyle, cyclohétéroalkyle, alkyle cyclohétéroalkyle, hétéroarylalkyle groupe etc.Cette invention concerne de nouveaux pyrazolo (4,3-d) pyrimidine et leur utilisation dans les services publics appropriés, en particulier les méthodes diagnostiques et thérapeutiques. Plus précisément, la présente invention concerne également l'utilisation du 3,5,7-pyrazolo trisubstitués (4,3-d) pyrimidines ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci en combinaison avec des cytostatiques dans la préparation d'un médicament pour traiter le cancer.
Description in English	The invention relates to 3-,5-,7-trisubstituted pyrazolo(4,3-d)pyrimidines represented by the general formula (I), and substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloheteroalkyl, cycloalkyl, alkyl, aryl or alkylaryl group, R5 is halogen, -NHNH2, -NHOH, NHCONH2, guanylo (NH-C(NH)NH2) an optionally substituted C1-C6 alkyl, alkenyl, alkinyl, C3-C15 cycloalkyl, Rf (C3-C15 cycloalkyl), heterocycle, heteroalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, arylalkyl, cycloheteroalkyl, cycloheteroalkyl alkyl, heteroarylalkyl group etc.This invention relates to new pyrazolo(4,3-d)pyrimidine derivatives and to their use in suitable utilities, especially diagnostic and therapeutic methods. More specifically, the present invention also relates to the use of 3,5,7-trisubstituted pyrazolo(4,3-d)pyrimidines or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in combination with cytostatics in the preparation of a medicament for treating cancer.
