Description in English The Greek-Old Church Slavonic Index provides the user with a comparison of the lexical wealth of Byzantine Greek and Old Church Slavonic in the form of dictionary entries. The source base is Old Church Slavonic texts of Great Moravian origin, which were translated from Greek original texts. The volume comprises comparative tables of paralles locations in Slavonic manuscripts (Psaltery, Prophetology a.o.) to facilitate the user’s work with the Index and greek-old church slavonic dictionary entries: alpha-athalameutos.
