    AnnotationThe study of the nonlinear ferroelectric, piezoelectric and dielectric properties of Pb9CTO and BNTN ferroelectric ceramics is presented. Pb9CTO exhibits piezoelectric coefficient d33=65pC/N, while BNTN has d33=2pC/N.
