AnnotationOn model solutions of cadmium, lead and oxalic acid, the conditions in the rhizosphere can be studied within the artificially prepared phospholipid bilayer membrane on polycarbonate support. Electrochemical impendance spectroscopy (EIS) is used to monitor the formation and stability of phospholipid membrane, whereas voltammetric methods can detect species, which are transferred across the membrane.
