    AnnotationBased on the molecular gene expression profile of circulating tumour cells (CTCs) at the mRNA level, we have tried to characterize the algorithms of the early dissemination process and gene expression changes caused by chemotherapy (CHT) in primary and metastatic breast cancers (MBC). Czech and German CTC samples of MBC patients have been compared within the study.
