The detection of BpA in PBS and wastewater samples was performed using the binding inhibition detection format. The limits of detection were determined to be 0.08 ng/ml and 0.14 ng/ml for BpA in PBS and wastewater samples, respectively. The results obtained using the SPR sensor were compared with those obtained with the ELISA and HPLC methods.
