    AnnotationThe new manganese(III) complex, Mn(Sal2hn)(CH3OH)(N3), where Sal2hn = N,N´-bis(salicylidene)-1,2-hexanediamine, was prepared from a reaction mixture containing Sal2hn, MnCl2 . 2H2O, and NaN3 (2 : 1 : 8 molar ratio) in methanol and characterized using elemental analysis, FT-IR spectroscopy, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction.
