Using homology modeling it was generated the model for the prediction of surface exposure beta-tubulin epitopes and tyrosine residues. Peptide scans disclosed the position of epitopes and following verification of the results was done by immunofluorescence microscopy concerning that beta-tubulins could be one of the targets for tyrosine kinases. This article can contribute to a better understanding of the interactions of plant microtubules with associated proteins.
