Annotation	Příspěvek shrnuje úroveň výuky astronomie na pražské univerzitě počátku 15. stol. Je v něm ukázáno, že argumenty uváděné jako důkaz Šindelova ideového autorství pražského orloje jsou nedostatečné.
Description in English	The contribution summarizes the level of astronomical teaching at Prague university in the beginning of 15th century. It is shown that the evidence for Šindel's authorship of the astronomical principle of the Prague horologium is insufficient to be its proof.
