One calmodulin (CaM) binding site was identified within the C-tail of TRPC6. The aim of this study is to map in detail the CaM and inositol (1,4,5)-triphosphate receptor binding (CIRB) domain in the C-terminal region of mouse TRPC6 that is capable of interacting with CaM using in vitro binding assays Workplace Institute of Physiology Contact Lucie Trajhanová, lucie.trajhanova@fgu.cas.cz, Tel.: 241 062 400 Year of Publishing 2011
