V mnoha ohledech klíčovým momentem se stala několikaměsíční stáž 24 předních českých a slovenských odborníků v oboru přírodních a lékařských věd v SSSR v závěru roku 1950. Studie osvětluje význam této cesty i za pomoci edice některých důležitých dokumentů spojených s výpravou, především dopisů českého mikrobiologa a v dané době výrazného stoupence Lysenkova učení Ivana Málka (1909-1994) své ženě Jindře a záznamu z diskuse českých a slovenských vědců s hlavním představitelem stalinistické biologie T. D. Lysenkem. Description in English The study deals with problems of Sovietization in Czech natural and medical sciences after 1948. For many reasons an internship of 24 leading Czech and Slovak specialists in field of natural and medical sciences in USSR, lasting several months, became a key moment at the close of the year 1950. The study elucidates a significance of that journey with the aid of edition of some important documents connected with its participants, especially letters of Czech microbiologist, and at that time exponent of the Lysenko's doctrine, Ivan Málek (1909-1994) to his wife Jindra, and record of the discussion of the Czech and Slovak scientists with the principal representative of the Stalinistic biology T.
