AnnotationIt was found that mRNA for adenosine A2a, A2b, and A3 receptors is significantly expressed in RAW 264.7 macrophages and that the intensity of this expression changes after activation of the cells mentioned by lipopolysaccharide. It follows from this finding that expression of adenosine receptors is functionally conditioned.
