We have shown experimentally that electric field can induce phase transitions and change internal organization of soft matter systems. A reversible, cubic to hexagonal structure rearrangement was established by the application of an electric field strength ca 1.25 kV/mm in PS-b-PEP/Cyclohexane/Dimethylformamide ternary mixture.
