Annotation	Tento článek se snaží rozkrýt přítomnost Lévi-Strausse v Baudrillardově teorii společnosti konzumu. Baudrillard se Lévi-Straussem nechává inspirovat ve svém pojetí konzumu jako jazyka, opírá se o něj ale také v analýze absurdního násilí. Článek je uzavřen úvahou o problému sociální kritiky.
Description in English	This article is questioning Lévi-Straussian traces in Baudrillard's theory of the consumer society. Baudrillard is being in debt to Lévi-Strauss for his conception of consumption as a language, but he goes even further when he analyzes the phenomenon of absurd violence. We follow Baudrillard's analysis and consider the problem of social criticism.
