    AnnotationAlzheimer’s disease is from its start associated with a loss of spatial navigation. The study describes our results from the assessment of spatial navigation abilities in several subgroups of mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Impaired in these spatial abilities were patients diagnosed with amnestic MCI, especially of hippocampal type and patients with ApoE4+ phenotype, connected with a higher risk of progression to Alzheimer’s disease
