The study describes our results from the assessment of spatial navigation abilities in several subgroups of mild cognitive impairment (MCI). Impaired in these spatial abilities were patients diagnosed with amnestic MCI, especially of hippocampal type and patients with ApoE4+ phenotype, connected with a higher risk of progression to Alzheimer’s disease Workplace Institute of Physiology Contact Lucie Trajhanová, lucie.trajhanova@fgu.cas.cz, Tel.: 241 062 400 Year of Publishing 2011
