AnnotationIn this work the potential of the Barkhausen noise technique for testing of the magnetic properties of electrical steels was studied. A new parameter,Barkhausen noise coercivity, was introduce. Its linear correlation with the important magnetic parameters, the real coercive force and the hysteresis loss, was established.
