    Description in EnglishThe author treats various problems relating to contacts and cooperation between Czech and Polish historians at the beginning of the 21st century. Those who are interested in these issues will discover here an overview of the development of the institutional basis that has enabled a long-term dialogue among representatives of Czech and Polish historiography, whose result has been a whole range of joint publications and successful collaborative efforts in the wider international forum. The author, however, points out not only the possibilities of such cooperation, but also its limits.
