Studie Hany Pelikánové usiluje o zachycení problematiky bydlení před a po roce 1989 a to ze dvou úhlů pohledu. První analyzuje bytovou politiku v normalizačním Československu a zaměřuje se na dobovou legislativu. Druhý se bydlením zabývá z pohledu narátorů a prostřednictvím jejich zkušeností analyzuje dílčí aspekty bydlení jako "sociální jistoty". Cílem příspěvku je zjistit, jak se jednotlivci vypořádávali s bydlením jako s normou a jaké volili strategie při řešení této jedné z nezákladnějších lidských potřeb.
Description in English
The essay of anthropologist Hana Pelikánová examines the issue of housing in the normalization and transformation period from two points of view. The first analyses housing politics in its legislative and demographic aspects. The second shows housing from the perspective of the narrators and analyses which of its aspects were usually interpreted as a social entitlement. The objective of the essay is to discern how the narrators dealt with the normative aspects of housing and which strategies they chose to manage it as a basic human need.
