AnnotationThe hardness and elastic modulus of amorphous B4C film were investigated using a NanoTest NT600 machine equipped with a hotstage at ambient temperature and at elevated temperatures up to 450°C. Although presented data show small variations in hardness of B4C film is quite stable with temperature up to 450°C.
