Description in English Comparison of the genotoxicity of organic extracts from different size fraction aerosol particles collected in various localities of the Czech Republic. Simultaneously the genotoxic potential of PM2,5 organic extracts collected at Ostrava region - the most polluted area of the Czech Republic was evaluated. Main findings of the study indicate that most of the observed genotoxicity is connected with fine particles (<1µm). The hypothesis that B[a]P and c-PAH contents in EOM are the most important factors for their genotoxic potential was confirmed.
