Die Studie widmet ihre Aufmerksamkeit den unterschiedlichen Akteuren (Freilichtmuseum Vysočina als Vorbereiter des Bewerbungsdossiers, Bürgermeister der Dörfer, aktive Umzugsteilnehmer, Bewohner der Ortschaften) und ihre Erwartungen, die mit der Eintragung auf der UNESCO-Liste verbunden sind. Für Analyse benutzt die Studie Konzepte von B. Kirschenblatt-Gimblett über die metacultural production. Description in English Study deals with the carnival in the region Hlinsko and with its changes in the last years when the possibility of placing it on the list „Masterpieces of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity“ has been publicly discussed. The study pays attention to different actors (Open-air Museum Vysočina as applicant, mayors of the villages, active carnival participants, inhabitants of the villages) and to their expectations connected with the placing on the UNESCO-List. For analysis the concept of metacultural production (B. Kirschenblatt-Gimblett) is used.
