    AnnotationThe fluorescent probes DHE, DCFH, DHR and the autofluorescence were used for detection of the developmental changes of ROS production in rabbit lens epithelial cells and in thin sections of rat heart. The probes revealed the age differences in ROS production. The results confirmed the applicability of the methods for detection of ROS generation
