Description in English The paper analyses output of seven authors of Czech crime fiction of the 1970s and 1980s after November 1989. Their careers are observed with regards to transition of Czech literary culture towards the open, market-oriented and ideologically or aesthetically uncensored system, fully exposed to the impacts of Western Popular culture (e.g. poetics of Thriller).
