Karst.) somatic embryos. Maturation of somatic embryos was accompanied by the increase in the concentration of spermidine. In the course of desiccation phase the levels of putrescine and spermidine decreased; however the content of spermine increased more than twice. To improve the efficiency of somatic embryogenesis of less responsible genotypes, the application of polyamines into the growth medium is discussed.
