AnnotationIn this work, we present numerical simulations of a "metamaterial" consisting of ferroelectric nanocones. To evaluate the impact of the size distribution on the phase transition behavior, we used the size dependence of the ferroelectric-paraelectric phase transition temperature. The phase transition temperatures revealed a strong decrease with broadening of the size distribution function.
