Description in English In the present invention, there is disclosed a targeted paclitaxel derivative of the general formula II, in which Re1 represents a shoulder: succinyl, succinyl-triethyleneglycol, succinyl-Phe-Phe-OH, chlorine acetyl, acetyl-S-Cys-OH or N-maleimidobutyryl and Re2 represents GnRH molecule fragment, and a process for preparing such targeted derivative wherein the preparation process is characterized in that a peptide hormone or a derivative thereof is bound via a suitable shoulder to a paclitaxel molecule, whereas the binding is performed in two steps, where in the first step the shoulder is bound to paclitaxel and in the second step such a GnRH fragment is bound to the free end group of the shoulders, which corresponds to a shoulder group type, on which it binds. There is also disclosed the use of the targeted paclitaxel derivative as a cytostatic medicament.
