    AnnotationIn our study, we assembled a full-length cDNA sequence of a novel i-type lysozyme from Eisenia andrei earthworm. We described tha lysozyme and isopeptidase activity of this molecule and revealed its increased mRNA levels after the challenge with both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria
