    AnnotationTEA CO2 laser-irradiation of equimolar stannane-silane mixture in Ar results in thermal decomposition of both gaseous compounds and chemical vapour deposition of nanostructured films that were shown as composed of crystalline beta-Sn nanobodies in amorphous Sn/Si alloy.
