The texts are interconnected by their themes – taken from the Old Testament, by their (quasi)dramatic character, which was extraordinary in the time of their creation. The author therefore discusses the attitude of the poets to the dramatic tradition, how they coped with the drama and theatre heritage of the previous epochs Also, the theatricality of the texts is examined.
