    AnnotationBy comparing the cytokine spectra in broncho-alveolar fluid of two clinically distinct forms of sarcoidosis, we discovered four chemotactic factors that play an important role in the pathogenesis of sarcoidosis - CCL15, CCL16, MSP and MIF. Furthermore, by observing the disease course in the cohort of patients for two years, we found that CCL15 and MSP may affect disease course
