Annotation
The authors of the publication selected a suitable and desirable multidisciplinary concept investigating the terrorism phenomenon and the legal policy of fight against terrorism from the standpoint of Constitutional, International and European Law. Neither were omitted such matters as criminal issues, general foundations of Theory of Law, as well as economic, political and sociological aspects of the fight against terrorism in the globalized world.
