Distribution of phases in heterogeneous microstructure has a large effect on the final mechanical properties of the investigated materials. Microstructure of the system is described by means of small angle neutron scattering (SANS). SANS provides a unique possibility of non-destructive characterization of secondary particles and all material’s heterogeneity.
