Annotation	Výchozí otázkou je: pro jaký okruh obecenstva, diváků, "příjemců sdělení" byly jednotlivé komponenty vrchnostenské, nebo chceme-li dvorské reprezentace určeny? Proč a pro koho Burian budoval - v případě Chyše je jeho cílený záměr evidentní - tato "rezidenční" městečka? Jeho rezidenčním hradem byly Nečtiny, a přesto dvěma málo významným lokalitám dodává nejen atributy "městskosti" ("urbanity"), ale přímo atributy rezidenčního města s jeho klíčovými prvky - v rovině profánní i sakrální. Právě model (rezidenčního) města zdá se tu být základní klíč, může totiž být zástupným symbolem vrchnosti, který nám umožní alespoň v hrubém rámci přijatelný výklad šlechtické reprezentace v případech jako je onen probíraný.
Description in English	The starting point of the study is the question: what audience, what kind of "message receivers" were the individual components of seigniorial or court representation intended for? The case which is the subject matter of analysis combines the religious and the secular level of representation. Why and for whom did Burian build – in the case of Chyše the purposeful intent is obvious – these "residential towns"? He resided in Nečtiny/Preitenštejn castle and in spite of that he gave more than just "urban" attributes to two almost unknown locations, he gave them attributes of a residential town with their key elements on both the religious and secular levels. It is the model of a residential town which seems to be crucial here because it can function as a substitute symbol of nobleman and his "permanent presence" which makes the explanation of noble representation at least roughly nderstandable in cases such as the discussed one.
