    AnnotationPhytoremediation and rhizoremediation studies in years 1998 – 2009 performed using long-term PCB-contaminated soil are summarised. Uptake, removal, products formed, toxicity, enzymes and cooperation between plants and microorganisms using molecular methods were tested using field plots and microcosms in comparison with in vitro experiments.
