Flow rates of individual nozzles were measured and the erosion effects of pulsating fan water jets under various operating conditions were determined. The pulsating fan water jet forming and morphology was evaluated using the jet visualization method based on stroboscopic effects. The results clearly indicate that the fan jet nozzle design significantly influences the pulsating fan jet generation and its performance.
