    AnnotationIn the present work was investigated gas sensing properties of H-terminated nanocrystalline diamond layers to different gases. As testing gases were used amonia (NH3), carbon dioxide (CO2), phosgene (COCl2) and humid air. It was observed that hydrogenated nanocrystalline diamond surface exhibited a significant response to phosgene gas.
